Last updated: October 2026

The information on this website is provided for general education. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified clinician.

1. General education, not individual medical advice

Pages about conditions, procedures, medications and recovery describe options in general terms. They cannot take into account your medical history, examination, imaging, medications or goals, so they cannot tell you whether a particular treatment is right for you.

  • Do not use this website to diagnose or treat a health problem.
  • Do not start, stop or change a medication or treatment because of something you read here.
  • Descriptions of procedures, benefits, risks and recovery are general. Your own risks and results can be different.

2. Personal recommendations require a clinical evaluation

Personalized recommendations are made only after a proper clinical evaluation. Dr. Hassan Chahadeh, or another appropriately licensed and authorized member of our clinical team, may give individualized advice and treatment after evaluating you in person or, when the practice offers it and it is clinically appropriate, by telehealth. Not every condition or visit is suitable for telehealth.

3. Using this website does not create a clinician–patient relationship

Browsing this website, reading its content, calling or emailing the office, or sending an appointment request does not by itself create a physician–patient or clinician–patient relationship. Please do not send detailed medical information through the contact form; our office will talk with you about your needs when they call to arrange an appointment.

4. Emergencies and urgent needs

If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department right away. Do not use this website, email or the contact form for urgent needs; they are not monitored around the clock.

If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

5. Accuracy, sources and updates

We aim to keep this information accurate and consistent with sources such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and published clinical research. Medical knowledge changes, and a page may not reflect the latest developments. Information about a device or medication applies only to the uses described; ask your clinician whether it applies to you.
